Jessica has been a valued member of Antonelli & Antonelli since 2016. Currently, she is a senior paralegal focusing on trust and estate matters, and she serves as the firm’s office manager. Her previous work in the finance and technology sector provides her with valuable insight into the business aspects of trust and estate issues, particularly accounting proceedings. Jessica is committed to helping clients collect their inheritance even in the most challenging circumstances. Her love of numbers and resolving discrepancies allows her to guide clients through complex Surrogate’s Court matters and overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles.
Jessica’s passion for her work and desire to provide even greater support to her clients inspired her to pursue a Juris Doctor at Rutgers Law School. Graduating in May 2024, she will take the New York State Bar Exam in July 2024 in anticipation of moving into an attorney role at Antonelli & Antonelli in 2025.
Volunteer Work
Jessica firmly believes in advocating for those who cannot otherwise afford legal representation. Through the CUNY Law Citizenship Now program, she provides pro bono legal services to low-income New Yorkers seeking to become U.S. citizens.
Jessica also offers pro bono legal services through an internship with Rutgers’ Intellectual Property Law Clinic, which assists businesses, nonprofits, startups, and entrepreneurs with trademarks, licenses, and patents. In addition to helping businesses and entrepreneurs achieve their objectives, her work with the clinic provides an understanding of intellectual property matters, helping her assist clients with trusts or estates containing IP.
Personal Life
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Jessica grew up in a bilingual home with family from El Salvador, which inspired her passion for travel. She loves taking road trips to explore antique shops in nearby towns and has ambitious plans to visit every continent with the goal of driving a manual car on Mount Haruna, Japan. When she’s not busy traveling or working with clients, Jessica enjoys running, indoor rock climbing, gymnastics, Zumba, dancing, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
